- Pre-screening of walk in, advertisement respondents or from data bank and authentication of documents to ensure an updated list of available qualified candidates most appropriate for client’s needs.
- Preliminary Interview – Technical Specialists determine the capabilities of each applicant via one on one interview.
- Transmit Resumes – only pre-qualifed candidate CV’s are transmitted to the client
- Prepare short-listed applicants for final interview
- Book clients in their preferred Hotels and arrange airport pick-ups and drop offs
- Prepare the interview venue and facilities
- Conduct Trade Testing in the presence of the Employer and/or their Representative/s
- Ensure accurate diagnosis of medical examination
- Pre-departure Orientation Seminar is conducted by accredited centers of POEA ( Philippine Overseas Employment Administration ).
- Pre-departure Briefing is conducted by our qualified office personnel.
- Process of all travel documents compliant to authentication requirements of respective Philippine Embassies and accreditation of Employer with the POEA.
- Ticketing and Airline Reservation is handled by our qualified office personnel.

- Computerized Network System with DSL and internet connection to all laptop stations, shared printers, scanners and video cams. On line interview is also offered using video conferencing or Skype.

- Refreshments, snacks or meals to be served by qualified Hospitality Staff
